What are you, a polygamist? Image

No, just a normal healthy human male, lol.

/Aside from the 'playing with toys at age 40' thing, of course.

nothing wrong with polygamist.

also the tomb raider toyline has the same going for it for me as an Uncharted line. I just find Uncharted more entertaining.

I'm surprised I seem to be the only one here who has played all five Red Faction games.

Now games that need toylines would be Killzone (not those crappy unposeable DC Direct figures), Vanquish, Rainbow Six, Prototype, and, even though it's totally not the sort of thing I'd normally collect, some Red Dead Redemption toys would be pretty cool too.

I've played the first one back on PC. I loved it at the time. It was very exciting, and I always pretended I was playing a chapter out of Total Recall or (We can remember for you wholesale). That first guy you have to kill with the stun rod was a rush. The enviroments weren't as destructive as I would have liked, but it is a classic shooter. Then I played the second one on PS2, and I didn't like it at all. It was very difficult with the respawning bad guys. I hate that gimmick in any game LOL. I love the first current gen one, Guerrilla. Haven't played Armegeddon yet. What was the fifth title? Was it on PSP? I missed one somewhere. LOL. I wouldn't mind seeing figures from all the titles.
I figure vehicles will be asking to much, but it would be sweet to get one or two.

the fifth one was Battlegrounds, a spin off, but still a part of the series. I've heard 2 wasn't well received, but at the time I enjoyed it. I've heard a lot of complaints about Armageddon about the fact that it's linear instead of a sandbox game, but the first two were also linear and people seem to forget that for some reason.

These figures showed up at Target this week. Don't care too much for the two human soldiers, but the other figures are pretty nifty. Really like the design work...I kinda get a cool Cobra-La kind-of vibe from them. Anyway, heads-up for anyone looking for them. :-)

Not into the aliens, but the humans look like they will fit in with Cobra pretty well. I am definitely going to be picking them up. I really like the Crysis figs they did, the sculpting, articulation, accessories, all well done. I wish they got the Halo license instead on McFarlane. I think Unimax is a company to be keeping an eye on. I'm sure they are trying to get a bunch of licenses.

And I would kill for a Joe-compatible Lara Croft! Just don't put her in those silly shorts....

They also have the Ghost Recon line yet to come out...

Where you at, bro? "Home" ain't as helpful as one might think, lol.

I figure we'll see UniMax have a 'real' presence at ToyFair next year, with stuff more than just photos on display. They'll probably have current product on display, and maybe protos of the next line to follow Ghost Recon, with announcements for the following three licenses. Or so I hope.

Some of these look pretty cool.

I'm curious if they'll be "true" 1:18 scale (RAH, DCIH, Star Wars, etc) or if they'll be closer to 1:17 (MU, 25th/ROC/POC, etc).

I'm not familiar with most video games, so I had to look up what that was. Now that I see what its about, all I can say is, YES!!!!!!!!!! That should be freakin' awesome! They will fit in oh-so perfectly with the near-future aesthetic of Joe. I really hope they go all out on the gear. As they've shown with their Bravo Team, they can do generic military pretty well, so I am eagerly looking forward to this Ghost Recon you kids are all playing. Any word on when they are to be released?

I'm more familiar with the novels myself which are a great read.
