I've only found a whopping two.

I'm really frustrated.
Sometimes I go and a fresh case is out, but the BATs and Snow Serpents are already gone.
I'm dipsappointed about this madly.

Are these coming out again besides the one repaint in the DVD pack?

I'd try a town where you don't think there's any ebayer's or Joe fans either. I was in Hays, KS and they had BATS and Snow Serpents about 6 on the pegs there. I got one more of each for a grand total of 3 each.

And as for future releases, I wouldn't worry. There's still a battle damaged version not yet formally announced. And look at the army builders debuted in the first 6 months of the 25th:

Troopers: Cobra 5-pack, Legions 5-pack, single, python, TRU Night watch, DVD pack #1, TRU 3-pack

Officers: Legions 5-pack, Single, Comic pack (scarred), TRU 3-pack, AND repaints not called officer but still strait repaints Air Trooper and Vehicle Driver.

Crimson Guard: Single, Comic Pack, TRU 3-pack, and an upcoming 5-pack.

Red Ninja: Single and TRU 5-pack (though one is Snake eyes in that pack)


I'm quite certain we'll get our shot at B.A.T.s, Snow Serpants, and Vipers.

I've only gotten 1, never seen anymore...

The BAT is one of those figures where Hasbro managed to get everything right so the demand is insanely high right now, and heck kids might even be picking up the figures because they are way cooler generic robots to fight than what Star Wars offers.

With any luck Hasbro will see that making BATs is like printing money so we should see more of them in future waves.

Would be sort of nice if they managed a BAT army builder pack that wasn't a store exclusive.

I think I've found a total of 4 now. The first one I picked up at Toys R Us, I found another one at Wal-Mart, the other 2 are from the BBTS case I bought. I haven't seen any BATs in store though since those other 2. But at least I can quit looking. That gives me my 1 to have in package and the 3 I wanted for "army building". 3 or 4 is usually all I do.

Well, I finally found the last of the single-carded BATs I wanted today. I figure with the ten I've got now, plus two of the DVD-pack repaints (I need extras of some of those figures anyway), I'll be all set.

I stopped at five of the single-pack Snow Serpents, figuring I'll get them a squad leader from the online exclusive troop builder set.

By the way, that set appears to have Snow Serpents with the exact same color scheme as the single carded versions, so I'm sure folks will be able to score some that way.

And I have no doubt we'll see the battle-damaged B.A.T. on card soon enough. Meanwhile, keep grabbing them piecemeal like I did. It takes a little patience and dilligence, but you can find them.

You think youve got it bad not finding them? I found one today at a local comic shop for 20 bucks... passed!

Then I had to file for a refund with smalljoes.com because DHL lost my 4-BAT purchase somewhere in Pennsylvania. *sob*

I just want 36 of these things! Why is that so fricken hard!

36!? yikes, that could get expensive, but maybe if you are patient and keep your peepers open, man, 36 I've depended on the kindness of ST6 to get any at all, wow, 36!

I've found plenty of BAT's. Once I got the 8 I needed, I got another 12 for friends. Got 2 from TRU and the rest between Target & WM. May be a little harder to get them now with the wave 8 revisions hitting Target & WM pretty hard now.

I can get a BAT right now, so if someone has an Elsa or Volgel from the LC wave of Indy figures, I'll trade one for one.

I got two today from Hasbro toy shop, I also got 4 from ordering two cases through my local comic shop. put that with the 4 I found at a walmart and the one at target so I am good to go.

I have noticed the new case breakdown has screwed folks. We just got back from doing a road trip last week and every walmart we stopped at were loaded with new cases and not a bat or Snow serpent to be seen. Of course all of them were loaded to the gills with torpedos, and wildbills, and vipers, heck my walmart is sitting on ten jet pack dukes. It's too bad HTS doesn't keep better stock in so people don't have to resort to scalpers. Of course if everyone stopped buying from them eventually they'd get pissed damage the card and take them back to the store. Though that doesn't solve the problem of troop builders like myself.

It's too bad hts won't sell 8 packs of troops like they do for starwars, though i think that is more a case of clearing peg warming starwars toys out for places like walmart. I don't know how many times i've seen the half isle devoted to starwars hang there after the handful of desirable characters have been bought, only to magically disappear over night.
