The Floridian Swamps are one of the few areas on the east coast to survive the quake of 2159, and has actually gained more ground, the everglades conquering Florida's southern tip, the the Bend swamps taking most of the panhandle, and the Okefenokee taking the north. These nearly pristine swamps have become a haven for poachers, mercenaries, and ecological Extremists, and Gator is the roughest of them all. He knows every inch of the swamps by heart, is an expert tracker, and is cunning and fearless in battle. In fact he considers himself a protector of the swamps, and will defend its legitimate residents if necessary. Breathing apparatus on his mask Filters the air from the water, allowing him to spend extended periods underwater. Normally armed with an Automatic Assault Rifle w/infrared scope and an M-16 combat rifle, both augmented for swamp warfare.

He not only successfully eluded them through the marshes, but got them so hopelessly lost in the swamp they fired at each other."
