I need some recommendations on a good brand of super glue. I don't think I have ever come across any good ones. The ones I bought seem to not hold very well.

Define 'not hold very well', plz. I use the Medium grade of modeling glue I find at Hobby Lobby. From everything I can tell it's your basic SuperGlue in a bigger bottle and not so runny as brand-name SuperGlue.

But, I find that if the gluing surfaces of my two pieces (or just one of them) are glossy or shiny, that no glue at all will hold them permanently. I usually scuff the gluing surfaces with my file to guarantee a good hold. Usually, that connection holds while any hypothetical break occurs somewhere else in a non-glued section.

I've been using Locktite Super Glue gel with faboooo results. It worked especially well when using casted heads and existing RAH/newsculpt neck pieces. Also been using it to adhere items to my AOME figures. Holds really well, even for pieces without pegs, trenches, or guide holes.

All respect for Cap has just gone down the drain in a single word.

More's the pity.

My wife loves the "puppy children", and I know the guy who plays the "GodPigeon" , who was my best friend from highschool.
