Okay the Combat Squad Shockwave really didn't "need" to be fixed but I felt it came so close to being perfect I had to finish the job. Basically it was just a few little tweaks and I really like how it came out.

First I removed the cloth mask from the hat. This allows the hat to sit a little lower and tighter on the head and look like it fits better.

Next I sculpted on a mouth covering on the head to finish out the sculpted full face mask. I was tempted to sculpt in lines like a knitted ski mask but felt the smoother look fit the Sigma 6 style. Then I painted it flat black to better match the other paint apps.

Finally I painted the radio mic and belt black as well. These two sculpted details were darn near perfect and a touch of color to make them pop really helped a LOT.

Anyway, I added in my custom XM-8 as the colors match Shockwave almost perfectly. The rest is all stock.

Hey, that looks pretty sweet! I was going to do some mods to mine (paint a camo pattern on it, sculpt the mask like you did), but got lazy and just modded the vest so it didn't look so stupid.

I think I'll go back and do what you did with the mask (since I don't like the WetSuit head anyway).

Shockwave is my favorite S6 figure so far - and you made him even better!

Thanks man! Glad you like it.

Also I added a few more pics to the first post. I found the 1/6 scape accessories I got for a Shockwave custom several months ago. I added the Mac10 and riot shield which make him more realistic I think.

Wow, that's really good. I don't really care much for S6 figures, but I really like how he looks.

That's very cool. If they made that, it would sell like hotcakes. Great work.

You know, some of you guys that love the 8 inchers should take your customs, or at least the pics of them to the convention to show what can be done with them and show the big H they have a following. Maybe even convince MC to do something for you guys too... Nah!(kidding)

Another great job on your custom. I would buy that one before the one they have in the stores.

The XM-8 is from one of those BBI Elite Force 1/6 scale weapons sets. I cut the stock down so it fits better with the smaller S6 scale figs. I plan on having it cast up and for sale at GtG eventually.

Glad you guys like what I did.

Actually this year's parachute figure is an 8" Red Ninja. So Master Collector is catering to the Sigma collector.

Looks really good Stranger! I especially like the XM8.
