We all know the 3 3/4" figures that's been out over seas, but they've never been in the US. Now it's possible we may see these come out here:

Corgi is suppose to be pitching them at Toy Fair and trying to get them in stores here. I hope they do cause I've wanted several of them but wasn't willing to pay as high as it would have cost.

Sweet. If it happens, the playsets will break my bank account.

Sadly, pitching them in a year with a gap between the last book and the next movie may not exactly guarantee success.

I thought Half-Blood Prince came out in November, with two more movie after it since Deathly Hallows is being split in two. I was very surprised to see no merchandising for Harry Potter except for Lego during the last two films.

I'm rather curious here. NECA was supposed to be taking over the distribution of the 4 inch Half-Blood Prince figures in America, yet there was no sign of them at SDCC or the toy fair. Have these started showing up in North America yet? Over here in England, I have only seen them in two shops so far, and they are a whopping $13 each.

Does anyone want me to keep an eye out in case they hit discount again?

I haven't seen them anywhere in my area or any signs that they would be having a better release from any online stores carrying them. I guess either someone dropped the ball or just never even tried to get anything going.

I did wonder about that. Made me a bit curious that Neca would take teh distribution of the 4 inch figures when they had their own 6 inch figure line going.

I hope so -- I was able to get a crapload of figs when I was in Germany a couple of years ago (couldn't fit any playsets in my luggage :( ), but I don't travel overseas anymore, so this is good news.

I would really like to see the female figures from this line in person. Bellatrix has an insane head-sculpt! :) The Death Eaters have some cape/hood sculpts that I'd like to try for :snakeeyes2: .

The Bellatrix figure is really nice. Probably the best of the lot. Sold two Death Eaters and a Voldemort figure on ebay a few weeks back. They do appear occasionally.

The HP figures are awesome, also the creatures are fantastic, if they make it to the U.S., i will be happy, the playsets are superior to anything i have seen here, bring on the distribution, i want Dementors !
