(Well, my intensely deep finger cut finally healed, so I was able to finish up this guy. There's a pic of my cobra-la trio at the bottom...and here comes the text)
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Excerpt from personal log
From: Chief Medical Officer Scalpel

"I suppose I can't argue with results. That thing that Serpentor and Mindbender call Nemesis Enforcer has become the single greatest destructive force in our armies. I rue the day I became involved in Project "Rey". It started out we were just experimenting on Mindbender's first miserable failure at creating Serpentor. He combined the same DNA he used for the Emperor, but he hadn't perfected the process yet. So he was left with a non-living simulacrum made of the genetic material of history's greatest conquerors. Just a pile of dead things, really. He kept it around as a sort of back-up copy, just in case. Of course, after he met with success, there was no real need. So he let us experiment on it...it became a kind of catch-all for the projects Cesspool and I were working on. We used it to test our experimental titanium skeletal implants, the first stages of the Venom project, our sense-heightening operations, and our organic armor. We didn't think much of it until Mindbender confiscated the simulacrum from our lab. When I found out he managed to give it life....I wash my hands of the whole project. Again, I suppose I can't argue with results. The damn thing killed the great Snake Eyes, for God's sake! Still, I can't help but feel that we crossed a line we can't uncross. I fear that a being that powerful may prove too much for even the Emperor to keep on a leash."
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

...thank you for reading. Now the pics!

Parts:
Main figure: SHS Colossus (heavily modified)
Arms: SHS Venom
Arm blades: Spikes from McFarlane Alien Queen
Cape: McQuarrie Vader

I wanted to reimagine him a bit. I couldn't justify the bat wings, so I added the McVader bat-like cape as homage to them.

And here's the group shot. I'm still working on my royal guards.

Sorry, but without neon green tentacles and pink & purple trim he's just not NE to me..... :P

GREAT Job! You've done something I never thought possible - you've completely removed the Suck out of Cobra-La (and it was 110% Suck to begin with!)

Just awesome.

Very cool...I've had the plan to paint up a Nemesis Enforcer with Black as the main color for some time...it really does make him much more intimidating

I think he looks good with the Cape...enough that I don't miss the Bat wings...but I think he still needs some type of flight mechanism... Maybe some jets growing out of his ankles/feet...somthing to give him a super jump and then the ability to glide with his cape.

I think my favorite part of your Reign of the Serpent customs has been the bios...you've really gone out and put a lot of detail into your tale. I think though, you've jumped the Shark this time. Call me a toon loving nut, and a mamby pamby nobody dies oddball...but having a custom or character "kill snake eyes as proof of what and Evil/Badass/Extreme Cobra he is" just feels a little to Cliche. It's like every fan does it...Kill duke, Kill Snake Eyes...Make Stretcher and Hardball lead the Joe team...I guess I just like a bit more Camp in with my GI Joe.

Do you have a place where all of your Reign of The Serpent stuff is collected? I love everything you have done with the story.

I think all joeverses should start with snake eyes dead, he's the worst part of the cartoon and the comics, a freakin ninja in this day and age, what a crutch.

But this figure, freakin terrifying, a great compliment to the rest.

Maybe give him techno wings, might fit in, but I think the cape plays.

Maybe he just needs a chariot.

I like the overall design. The cape is a bit jarring. Not that it looks bad, but I would be lieing if I said I wasn't anticipating what you would do for his wings. You've really turned him into a bad ass monster. Only now he looks more like Frankenstein and less like Dracula.
