Permanently deactivated by his brother Data following the 'free Borg' incursions, Lore's secondary plan in calling his brother Data and the ship he served on, the Enterprise-D was ultimately successful.

While he would have been quite happy to continue had the primary plan of using usurped Borg drones as his army of goons had succeeded in killing the Enterprise crew so he could steal the ship; Lore knew a longer-term stratagem would also be wise to have in store.

Using Borg code and access hardware, while the events centered around emotionally-torturing Data were ongoing; Lore hacked the Enterprise computer cores and planted a copy of his own mind in each mainframe. Following the ship's return to Federation space and the Starfleet communications network copies were spread as fast and far possible to lay in wait.

Now, the first of those copies has activated itself. Distributed to the the mainframe of a small maintenance outpost along the quiet Ferengi border, Lore instructed the outpost's transporter to create himself a new body utilizing improvements gleaned from Borg science. Through a series of fortuitous circumstances Lore now presents himself wearing the garb of a Rigellian Space Pirate, and inexplicably in command of an army of transporter-manufactured 'Frank Hollander' Data variants.

All three figures use the old Galoob TNG Data head, all painted alike except for Frank HollanData's mustache.
Space Pirate Lore is a SW Hondo Ohnaka with some swapped-in MTF legs and pelvis to fix them crap Hasbro hips.
Lt Cmdr Data is an MTF figure.
Frank HollanData is a couple of Dime Novel Legends figures put together from leftover parts.

Data deserves a few glamour shots without the vest:

Both the phaser and commbadge were carved off the Galoob figure along with the head.

The arms on Data's uniform look a wee bit bulky, but that's just because the rest of the uniform looks so trim and crisp! I like the vest but the base uniform looks amazing!

Your skill and craftsmanship are front and center here AV. The figure on the far right stands out.

Yeah these are awesome. I would buy this whole lineup. And a 1:18 Frank Hollander custom. Who would have thunk? Now I can’t stop thinking about it.

the battle damaged head from the fallout guy in a trench coat would make a cool addition to one of these. he has a real data look to him. i wanted to say something smart like "you mean datum" but turns out data is plural lol

your star trek figures always have a cool spin to them that are either so deep in the story i don't know them or just your creation. either way they are great.

good work. I've seen some people use parts form old halmark ornaments for chairs and bridge pieces.

Well done, and seeing anything TNG related always puts a smile on my face. Normal Data does have a bit beefier arms but maybe he augmented himself to help against Lore's army.

Gracias, gents. The beefy hindarms are due to how I fill in the MTF Tshirt short sleeves in with superglued construction paper. It's a bit tedious after having done it a few times now (more Trek figures to come!), and I got lazy. It's kinda my thing, man.

Reference pic for Frank HollanData:

Gracias, gents. I snagged the Playmates DS9 Runabout Sat at the S.H.I.Toys Art Show over at the St Arnold's Brewery for only $25. The electronics were shot so I tore it all out, and am looking to refit it with new sound/light kits and a 'troop carrier' interior scaled for 18th customs I'm making.

Any recommendations for such sound/light kits?
