I find it most interesting they've packaged him like a traditional action figure. I've long been saying MBs are the best value for AFs on the shelves these days and it looks like they're gonna put that idea to the test.
Dammit, somebody owes me a royalty fee!
Indeed they are. I was just having a conversation about this specific topic ( action figure ``value``). To date i`ve only purchased Mega Bloks troop packs as i thought they were a good value at $12 to $20 per pack of 4 to 5 figures with weapons and a diorama build piece. I've bought PLENTY of troop packs. $5.99 to $9.99 USD for a single figure makes me pause though (especially due to the exchange rate). That`s 1:18th scale prices for a figure 1/2 the size. If the new TMNT Rocksteady figure that has parts that you can swap out to turn him into his pre mutation human form has flesh tone muscle arms to go along with the human head i'll spend $10 on that only . That will officially be the first muscle body in human form so it's worth it . Otherwise i don't know how i can say $10 for a 1:18th figure is too expensive but the same amount for a smaller figure isn't.
$5.99 for the enforcer, jet pack fgure or a TMNT single isn't bad though. More than that and it becomes questionable for me.
Slightly off topic but the last time i looked into it i reported that Mega (Mattel now) was going to release updated Power Rangers figures tocoincide with the movie release. Have any of you heard any news regarding that?
