Have these begun to show up in the US at discount stores? One of the images below came from a walmart server surprisingly .

Some of the armored / sci fi influenced sculpts look like great fodder.

Definitely bootleg figure quality but I'd buy the sci fi / non corps figures for $1 each for custom fodder.

I would only buy them if I found them at a dollar store.

The articulation is junk, they cannot even hold their weapons and they are really "chunky".

The only upsides are that they appear to be painted very well and the heads and accessories might be useful for customs.

As far as I can tell that's where they are sold in Mexico (?) I.E. in dollar stores. I've seen some close ups and they definitely are dollar store quality (well the figures that aren't straight lanard corps reissues ) but the sculpts are unique. They need the dremel treatment immediately as they look like they would be good fodder to bash onto a joe/mu/hacks frame . Btw..there are larger figures ,@ 2-3x the size, as well that give off a techno Egyptian diety vibe.

Interesting. Are these showing up in the States?

Excuse me, I have to go laugh now over a name like "Sergeant Swamp"...

From what i can tell they are. They strike me as knockoffs of the large 12'' marvel characters. There is another ko Adventure Force sci fi inspired green and black armored trooper that is clearly 12'' and comes in the same style box.

Now if they would just show up in dollar stores...

Looks like the TYPE of figures they sell in Family Dollars and Dollar Generals more than Dollar Tree's though..

Perhaps the eagle headed one could be repainted as a statue in a sci fi Egyptian diorama...

These are awesome. Would buy multiples of the 4 big guys and the lizard man if I found em at a discount store(assuming that's where they will show up).

I don't see it, all the body parts look too different to me( where's the space for the chest reactor?) I can see a vague similarity(both are form fitting powered armor suits) but no more than any other sci fi armor.

Haha! That single pack of Bulkarm has two left hands! Guess there's going to be some QC issues from the jump, eh?

"Skruel"? Is that a skull that's cruel? I guess that works for the figure since he looks like a decent enough villain. He and Capt. Fenix kinda remind me of those Crysis figures released a few years back...

"Lionblaze" just makes me think of Olan Rogers: "I question your words... with cold steel!" Lol!

And I agree with ThrowAwayToyZ - those 12" figures might look like retooled Iron Man stock to some, but I can't find anything from that toy line matching the design of these new Techno-Egyptian guys. :-/
