Oh that's a very nice dio set! How did you make it/where is it from?
I'm very curious for the origin of the garbage container in particular.

Tim, the big dumpster is scavenged from a TMNT sewer set. The one that hit the wonky erroneous Target sale last year for like $14. Same set as they have on the shelf now, though in different colors. I did paint it for realism though.

The smaller can is a PTE oil drum that I hollowed out and painted.

The pallets (or at least props that kind of work as pallets) are Hobby Lobby dollhouse fence pieces with the points chopped off, and painted for wear and tear.

The street is foam board (which I still need to add detail to), and the building is a facade punched into and painted on foam board as well

Great stuff here! That dio is superb, and I love the Joker sticking his head out the window with the megaphone in his hand... but he better not look up, cuz' there's a Robin sitting over him, ready to poop in his eye!

added some grating (not finished yet), more scored concrete marks, and I'm trying to make something more - sensible? - out of that gouge in the middle of the pavement. Moving forward at least.

EDIT - but oh, hey, while I'm here.

I found that the standing version of the Schleich Superman has a smaller noggin. I may have already mentioned that, I don't know. But I'm replacing unmasked Nightwing and Agent Grayson figures with that head. Masked Nightwing looks fine I think using the first one.
