How long does shipping usually take for San Diego Comic Con exclusives from HasbroToyShop.com to get delivered? I've ordered the Starscream Skystriker from the previous SDCC, but can't remember how long it took from being ordered from Hasbrotoyshop to the house.

I can only remember actually ordering SDCC exclusives from HTS once since everything got to be high demand, and that was in 2011. According to my order status e-mails, the order was placed on 7/26, one item was mailed on 8/6, and the second was mailed on 8/11. I don't remember specifically when they were delivered, but generally HTS orders only take a couple of days to reach me.

Agreed. The "processing" of the order always takes longer than the shipping. By the time the order status has changed to shipped I usually already have the item or get it the next day.

Thanks for the response guys. Hopefully it won't take HTS too long to process and ship out the order if I'm lucky enough to be able to order the Crimson Skystriker. I'll be going out of the country on the 13th of August, so if I am able to order one, hopefully it'll be delivered before the 13th. If not I may have to ask a neighbor to hold it for me until I get back.

I believe that code expires on July 24th. Can't say I am surprised, they know they will get full price for the exclusives.

That is correct. Even in the past when they've had a code, it usually didn't apply to Con items.

Just ordered the Crimson Strike set earlier. That was the easiest San Diego Comic Con order I've done. I've placed my order to be sent to my neighbor's house in case it arrives after I leave the country.

HTS exclusive day has historically been such a pain in the butt, I gave up on it. I can't camp out on the site all day since I am working. And usually when I get home everything is sold out. So I got the Crimson Strike set off ebay and called it done. Figures, I am home now and there they still are on HTS for sale. Oh well, I overpaid. But maybe not that bad. I sold the figures from the set since I don't collect them and got good prices for them. Now that the set is readily available, I have to think the prices on the secondary market for those figures will drop a lot. In the end, I might have ended up about the same.

The really odd thing is that even though I already have the set and just said I overpaid for it, I have the urge to buy another so I can get it for the good price. Talk about flawed logic. LOL
