Oh, goodie, more stuff they put the entire year's worth of effort into that they deliberately prevent every fan from getting. Hasbro are dicks.

What are you talking about? Collecting is all about things you cannot acquire, otherwise it would just be shopping.

And then what? You'd be forced to enjoy what you bought for what is was. UNTHINKABLE! ;-)

That's not the one from the SDCC set. That's the 6inch one from the Ant-Man Marvel Legends wave.

The SDCC 12 inch one is on the same body as the Giant Battles figs (the old Icons line)

hmmm I'm conflicted on this set
I already have the awesome Legends version & also already tiny and regular sized Ant-Man.

Honestly, if all the scales had the same paint scheme, I'd be tempted - but having different costumes on different figs just looks like a slapped-together proof-of-concept rather than a well-thought out set.

I'd agree, but a 6in version of the Giant-Man figure is coming out soon, and there already is a 12in version of that 6in Goliath, so it's more that the set is giving you the other sizes of versions that have already come out.

Don't think I ever did get the yellow/blue MU Goliath though.

Thank you Hasbro for making a Marvel SDCC exclusive that I do not want.

Agree with Chief that it seems like a mish-mash of costumes, and the lack of uniformity makes it an easy pass.
I can see the idea of giving different sized figures in different uniforms to fill in 'gaps', but I've never needed Ant-Man in a multitude of different outfits, so most of the figures have no place in my collection.
The only one that interests me in the set is the lab coat MU Pym. But I already got him like a month ago from ebay and already gave him a Rex coat, so I have absolutely no need for this set.

Not complaining mind you, I am actually, truly, pleased to be able to pass on it.

I stand corrected. Edited.

This is a really cool set. I'm looking forward to seeing SOLD OUT on HTS.

Yeah, I think I'll be content with the Marvel Legends Ant-Man -- assuming I can even find HIM!

I do really like the set... my only wish would have been to get one of the lesser known or never made suits. Like instead of the 6 inch b/y Goliath, maybe the 90s Onslaught era outfit in all it's pouched glory or maybe the early early Avengers Giant-Man costume with the tunic and helmet. As it is... still a buy for me. Hank Pym is one of my favorite characters.
