So I still have all the packages to all my twenty fifth anniversary Joe's and vehicles. Now I'm moving is it worth moving them or should I toss them

I personally think once the item is removed from the package and the item can't be put back inside in mint, unassembled, unstickered condition, then the packaging is not worth much.

I kept all the 25th vehicle boxes because of the retro pictures on the back. They kind of take up room, but aren't in the way now. However, when I eventually move, I'm cutting out the backs for wall decor and pitching them.

Keep them to make them easier to move and protect, then ditch it.

It really comes down to a personal desire and opinion.

I have found there is very little resale value for the boxes alone.
Others may disagree. But if they mean something to you or you display them then keep them. If they do not, then save the weight and get rid if them.

I'd save the figure cards for the file cards, and not worry too much about the rest of it. If you can store the boxes FLAT, so they take up less room, then that might be a workable compromise.

If they're the 25th window boxes I can use the clear plastic to make paint masks with my vaccu former... I'd gladly pay the cost of shipping for the plastic windows if you're gonna trash em

Vintage packaging I always save because the artwork is superior. The new stuff often has very little in terms of artwork or just isn't that good. The window packaging contributes a lot to that. So most of the new packaging gets tossed in the recycle bin for me.

If I buy an item on eBay and it comes in an original package, I'll keep it, just because, but I don't seek out packaged items. I'll keep card backs from 25th and POC/³ⁿth stuff. I try not to buy on card/in package stuff because I know there are other collectors out there who like the packed stuff, so I'll leave it for them if I can find loose.
