The second sentence seems to conflict with the rest. It seems like the Lt and higher are supposed to get it, but the rest says everyone.

Is it just the Lt and up or everyone?

I think it means everyone gets one except for those who pledged $1 at Ensign level. Lieutenant is $19 single figure level.

I got in for the Commodore level just to get all the stretch goals. Now I just have to figure out if I want any extras or if I can wait until these are available in the Maruader store later on.

I have the same level, but I have upped to get multiples of the green figure and the blue figure. They said on the WOJM podcast that contributors will be getting a better deal than when they go for sale, so I assume that means figures will be $18 instead of $15, plus free shipping in the US if you add them now.

I ended up moving to Commodore on Saturday after trying to work out what stretch goals to my Squad Commander pledge. Just think it is the best value for my price range, international shipping/customs costs and figure needs. It means a 4 man fire squad of each of the first 3 figures plus all the stretch targets free.

Originally I wasn't fussed about the desert and urban figures based on the original photos, but they both look better in the newer photos.

I plan on using the desert figures as a joe team with one being Dusty. Undecided whether the urban figures will be a joe team or a cobra team - I may leave it so they can be either depending on how I display them. Not a huge fan of the green figure, will wait until I have it in hand to see if the green fits in with any of my existing joe teams. Although I like the blue figure, I can't justify buying multiples of this at the minute, so he may initially be a cobra officer - perhaps leading the urban team.

Then again with the prospect of a load of cool heads being available in the Marauder shop later in the year my plans may change when I get the figures.

I'm challenging everyone to go ahead and chip in just a little more so we can reach one more stretch goal in the last 24 hours. If we all just go ahead an raise our contribution levels just a little, we can unlock the arctic deco figure and all have yet another option for this great set!

It's about $2300 away from unlocking, with about 14 hours to go it should get there. I am really excited about this, it's probably the best GI Joe-type news we've had this year.

Update: Less than an hour later and it's $472 away from the Julie Stretch Goal! Dare we start thinking about making the Kevin goal?

I still haven't jumped on, though I will today for at least some level. I really, really want the urban ops guy, but I need the green stretch goal dude. I would actually like one of each figure we've seen, so that's $54 plus $30 and then maybe another $15 for the arctic one, though I don't see a pic of the actual figure yet. That is getting really expensive to me, but they look so worth it. I might end up just doing the $19 urban ops level and worrying about the green guy when they get produced.
