I finally found my second Shipwreck tonight and was able to start on this figure.
Image
I still have to get some green stuck to rework the back of his hair where I dremeled off obi-wan’s mullet, some good yellow paint to use for his hair and to paint his belt buckle. It took some major reworking to get the jacket to fit over the torso, I had to sand down the collar, shoulders, back and sides to get it to fit. I also decided to make him a smoker, it helps relieve some of the stress of what he sees when he's undercover.
Parts
Head: Comic pack Obi Wan modified
Body: Shipwreck modified
Jacket: Luke Yavin IV ceremony
Cigarette: Toothpick and some cotton

I don't believe it, the WiP Chuckles on my desk also uses Shipwreck. I'm checking for your spy monitor as I type.

Thank you all for the comments, it really motivates me to finish him. I'm hoping to have him and my Hard Drive done by the end of the week since I still have to pick up a couple things from one of the local hobby shops. I'm also trying to figure out if I want to remove the holster on his leg or keep it. I want to take it off so he looks to be more undercover. If I go ahead and remove the holster I want to try and find a to scale guitar case and put some guns in it and what not for his undercover kit. Any idea as where to find one?
Iwbeta, the reason I put the WIP out there is because I thought the Shipwreck was a natural choice for Chuckles and just knew some one was working on one or was going to be doing one soon. So I had to get mine out there before some one else did, haha. But I know for a fact your's is going to blow mine out of the water. I know that because my spy cam is looking at it right now.

That could be a finished product as far as I'm concerned.

i know the stikfas gangster figure has a guitar case but i dunno how it would look scale-wise.

Thanks for the info! I just went and looked him up, it looks like it should work fine. Thing is, the figure is kind of spendy to get just for the accessory, don't get me wrong I love stikfas but in my collection they just collect dust. There is a comic shop about a thirty minute drive from here that carries stikfas I might have to see what their charging.

If you want to lose the holster, I'd recommend using 25th Stormshadow upper legs and keeping the Shipwreck lowers. But, man-- you nailed this one. The head, base figure, and jacket are all great ideas for an updated Chuckles.

Looks perfect to me. We're seeing some really cool updated looks for old characters, and this one is great. The jacket and hairstyle give him a lot more character then I've ever seen in him.

I will also be stealing the jacket idea... I had no idea that was Luke's. Works great on the new figures.

EDIT:

I just went back and looked at it again... I thought you had photoshopped in the smoke when I looked the first time! That came out great!
