As a kid I always used him as an individual Cobra operative, I could never see the figure as a trooper. Maybe that was cuz the new Dusty was released the same year so I imagined them as rivals or somesuch. Even now, it's THE Desert Scorpion in my head and the Sand Vipers are his troops.

His name will be Bob Smith. He's not a troop builder just like the MOTH figures weren't.

I'm thinking that since Toll Booth and Keel Haul are the two mot anticipated figures, along with the two OGs, they'll probably be the last figures sent.
