Street Viper vs Elite Viper v1--What's the difference.

I have been examining and scrutinizing the pics on YO Joe and I can not find a difference between the two figures. Am I missing something. I assume if they were identical then YO Joe would have stated that.

Any help is much appreciated,

Had to look twice, but they are identical, and the Street-Viper profile does mention this:

Yeah, I've owned two Street-Vipers, they are identical to the Elite-Vipers.

Street-Viper has less accessories.

The only Elite-Viper to have a Cobra sigil was the one in the TRU exclusive 5-pack, that also had a dog and a shotgun.
