According to Yo Joe the two Hulk figures were JvC molds, and those there look more like ARAH molds to me.

Plus it was not one of the figures used for that line anyway, that is one of the first places I checked after I had looked through all of the GI Joe years.

I dont know they may be JvC molds. I think that I have seen pics of them before but can not remember where or what

Found them. They are Hulk. I had looked through and looked through there but missed the one I needed to look at. LOL

It is that Shipwreck figure with a permanent Steel brigade helmet. So in my world they are Steel brigade. LOL
