That's quite a mouthful! About a year ago, I got this amazing toy unopened and with a box in pristine condition for about $150. The box price tag said something like "Kaybee Toys $15". I wish I had kept the box. I won't apply the stickers until I get a showcase, this way the stickers don't collect dust. This vehicle is not for GI JOEs but it could be modified to fit Joes and small vehicles. I plan on eventually acquiring the collection and army building the smaller sets of course.
This vehicle playset consists of a motorized tank that is pretty freaking sophisticated. It can move forward and reverse at varying speeds. If you don't have batteries, that's fine because the sophisticated and versatile switch (for a 1980s toy) still allows you to roll the treads. The tank has a cleverly hidden cockpit that holds 2 tiny figures. The playset unfolds into a big ass station with ramps, working winch, radar tower, command consoles, refueling bays, etc. There are cannons and missiles everywhere so this vehicle playset is no sitting duck. My only complaint is these 4 little black antennas that attach to the 4 corners of the vehicle. The problem is that they virtually fall off due to poor design; thus, I don't bother with them. I also wish this toy came with more figures and at least 1 vehicle. By the way, the tiny figures are about the size of a U.S. penny.
