As a kid, Ninja Force Snake Eyes. I actually loved the first line of NF figures, and the teaser image of Snake Eyes looked awesome. I was super excited. Then I saw it in person, in all its t-crotched, grotesque proportioned glory.

More recently, going to second the Jungle Vipers. I don't know why, it just doesn't work for me. But it was definitely one I was super excited for. Fortunately, it has some good fodder pieces.

ROC Ice Viper, Volcano and Hazard Vipers, I just kept hoping a figure could be cool with those baggy pants, and I was let down every time.

Also the Jungle Vipers, as cool as they seemed, the best features really limit their usefulness.

The POC moneybags Destro comes to mind to, because i still cannot figure out how to use that stupid rig with the minigun, and there is nowhere to put the bullet strap.

Its the feet that are too small. Switch out for some larger shoes and the legs work much better visually.

Blanka. I thought the blue version would make a cool bio-viper. Then I got a bunch and realized the legs aren't articulated at all. All the "feature" Joes that lack articulation for some play gimmick should be thrown in the river.

Yea. Ever incarnation I've had of that "LASER BLAST" eating Ninja Force Storm Shadow has been smashed with a brick. Unceremoniously.

As a kid, Fast-Draw sticks out as a fig that looked so much cooler on the card-art compared to the actual figure. The figure is relatively functional, but he still looks pudgy to me for some reason.

As an adult, VvV Snake-Eyes. The scultp was cool, but using grey over black was disappointing. The hands are horribly sculpted, the floppy legs, and the useless foot holster all detract from what should be a kick-ass figure. The webgear, MP5, Uzi, and Timber deserve praise, tho.

The 25th Para-Viper looked cool, but once I got it in-hand, the colors just didn't work for me. Thankfully, Hasbro re-issued the Para-Viper for ROC. And as an added bonus, the little peg hole on the parachute pack gave me a chance to use an old SHS stand that I was about to junk. So I got a nifty trooper posed in a free-fall position on my desk now :-)
