As much as I know you guys want to dump on the Club, Leo's package being destroyed isn't their fault. Unless they moonlight as postal carriers.
But the software upgrade thing chafes a bit more than I like. Not saying its their fault. Stuff like this happens and they looked into it right away. But it still rubs me the wrong way.
Club is dumped on because they always seem to find some way to deflect responsibility. Man up, do things right, have the balls to say: "Yeah, we "LASER BLAST" up... here's how we make it right. Here's the precautions we've taken to ensure it never happens again" and do that as soon as possible.
Also, don't delete Facebook posts unless they're obvious trolling. Expressing dissatisfaction and concern in handling of these affairs is when you address them, not ignore them and wipe them off the face of the net. That's not going to work because it just gets posted elsewhere.

All in all, the club does fine with the basics. The figures are generally nice, the cons are pretty well structured, etc. However, they show time and time again how amateurish they can be whenever they introduce post 1995 tech to the mix.
