I happened across a Target that had just put out EVERYTHING from Retaliation (thanks for the completely incorrect info, rumor mongers) and they had the pegs full of figures - a complete assortment. So I look for the Cobra with parachute. Guess how many?

I bought him and I'm probably gonna use him for some ARAH trade fodder, but if I was an army builder, this would make me crazy. How can Cobra take over the world with ONE soldier per case?

The Red Ninja and GI Joe Trooper (who are both superior figures to the Cobra Trooper IMO) are also one per case. Unfortunately, the only figures that were doubled up are SS, SE and RB. Guess which figures are peg-warming now? Bad news for army builders indeed.

The bad news is that waves 2 & 3 are delayed until March. The good news is that the army builders are repacked in those cases. The bad news is that's a nine to ten month wait.

I've had no problem getting my fill of any of the one per casers. Granted I've been to a lot of stores, but here at least, the line isn't hard to find.

I will have 12 Red Ninja's(5 bought at retail, 2 from the 3pk & 3 single card) and 7 single carded coming from ebay & trades, so I'm done with the Red Ninja's.

Have 4 Joe Trooper's( 2 bought at retail & 2 from trades), so I need just 1 more.

Cobra Troopers have been easy to fing so no rush on them, but eventually will get 4 more.

Yeah I have 2 Cobra troopers, 2 red ninjas, and 2 GIJoe troopers. Now that everything is out I've had to make myself say no to more of those troopers. I keep thinking I want one more... I need to say no though.

I've never seen a Red Ninja, and I've only seen two of each Troopers.

I have to admit it, I think it's kind of funny that everyone complains about the $9-10 price point and then buys several figures, many of which are the SAME exact figure.

I haven't been hunting for the Retaliation stuff much at all. That said, I found 2 troopers and no other army builders. I only bought 1 trooper just for the parachute and harness. The rest of the figure is on the selling block.

I found and bought a single Joe Trooper yesterday (only wanted 1 so I am set ), the first one I have seen since the line was released. I have seen the Red Ninja (no interest) a few times and see the Cobra Trooper (only want his rifle and am not buying a $10 figure for an accessory) all the time.

Looks like WB Collect has the Cobra Trooper in stock at just under retail, loose and complete with free shipping. I've ordered from them before and had no problems.

I also grabbed three more of the Red Ninja online from FAO Schwarz, which is a pretty reputable outfit. Factoring in shipping they were 13 and change each, which works out as a wash if you factor in the gas I'd have spent tracking them down in stores. They had the Joe Trooper in stock, too, but I've found all I need of him at retail. Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.

I have seen plenty of them here. The only figures people are buying are CC, Joe Trooper, REd ninja, and Zartan.
