This may be old news (but couldn't find a thread), but the 3.75" DKR figures are at Big Lots. Kinda surprised to see them there already. They're $5 each, which, by the looks of them, is about $4.50 too much. Horrible sculpts, bad paint apps, PotF2 articulation. I passed on all of them (they had three flavors of Batman and a Bane), but thought I'd give a heads up in case someone with more customizing vision than I have is looking for them.

Also saw a Wal-Mart exclusive set that had a 3 3/4 Batman figure and that previous Batmobile that fit this scale. It was marked as a new movie toy.

Previous Batmobile? You mean the Tumbler?

The figures are awful, and the Bat is not worth 40$. Not sure why Mattel even bothers anymore.

Yeah that single seat Tumbler with the opening hatch. I think they made a tan cam one even when these first came out. They didn't include a figure originally.

Target has a nice multipack with Bruce Wayne & Catwoman for $21.99.
Those two look nice even though they suck in articulation. Heads are ball jointed.
It also comes with 2 crappy Batman figures & Bane.
They should have really added Alfred to this set.

I got that set just for the Bruce Wayne Head and Catwoman. I've already got Catwoman rebuilt onto another body, I just need to paint her up. I stuck Bruce's head on ROC Gen Hawk's body for the moment, just playing around. It actually looks decent.

Huh. If Bane's head looks good enough on Rockblock's body, maybe it can work for what I need.

If I didn't know better, I'd swear they used that female body from the Dragonball Z movie line for Catwoman.

yeah, I have the tan camo one, lol hardly ever see it mentioned. I think there was one in the Hot Wheels line that is also 1:18, I vaguely recall seeing it. Came in a plastic tube like a drive-thru bank teller would use, lol. anyway, i think the regular Mattel one came out with the 2nd movie, or was inbetween 1st & 2nd. Seems like I bought it after the 1st movie & after I'd moved to GA.

Instead of having these at big lots, they should've been at the Dollar Stores, but for $5.99 each, i guess they're good enough for fodder :-/

The heads make the set worth getting. Figure people pay $6+ shipping for heads already.

somehow they managed to make this even less articulated and less detailed than that one. the DBZ figure you're talking about, I have held on to thinking I might bash-articulate it. But this one, there's no point in bothering.
