Obviously the shoulders look ridiculous, but he's a beefcake for sure.
That's Ash's lower body?

Yuhuh - Dirty Dave gave me a broken Ash, so I put it to use. Pretty good likeness to the original Chap Mei legs!
As for the enormous mesamorphic qualities of this guy - I put it down to three things. Pin head, really wide shoulders (on the torso - they're almost twice as wide as his head!), and the Flint(?) monkey arms.
He's kind of a joke anyway, but also I like him being a little friggin' beefer. It just looks cool next to other guys when you have a figure with weird proportions (when it's deliberate! :-P )

He has a pen and a notebook. Is it just for show, or can he actually write?
I dig the figure though. Proportions way over the top, and a cop! We need more _funny_ customs like this. :D

With those proportions, slap him in a wheelchair and he'd be a perfect "live-action" Joe Swanson from Family Guy :D

..As a new sculpt fan, the arms don't bug me. There's buff cops. I like theat you got a perfect matching blue on the arms.

I've been playing around with that Chap Mei cop a bit lately for a dio I am working on. It's gives me some ideas.

Looks great! Shame that most police agencies don`t wear this kind of uniform anymore. We do need some Police figures every now and then, especially for Urban scenes!
