I'm tempted, but before I click I want to define his role otherwise he'll spend some time on a shelf and end up in a baggy.

I thought he could either be the strong man of a Special Team or be a Bennett (from Commando) type of character and be the enforcer and right hand man of a dictator.
Start as the former and end up like the latter?

Mine's in NY right now. Should get here soon. I keep hoping that the Firefly repaints will pop up now, but still no dice, it seems.

Got mine today. Looks like the skin tones match up with the BnB Slaughter as I was hoping.

I really dig this figure. I've decided to do a short Dio-Story using him.

I got two of them. He has a tanned complexion, and I'm thinking about using the Chief Temple Guard head from IJ (decent skin match) and having him be an Assassin of sorts (as in Templars/Assassins) in a modernized setting. The shoulder tat actually looks good for that.

I think he'd be a fine base body for an original Nok too.

Got mine yesterday. Cool figure. With a different head, it'd make a good movie Roadblock, especially with the arm tattoo.

A little bird told me it should be inevitable Roadblock will get a few different figures out of the RETALIATION line.

Got mine today too. Anybody want to venture a guess on how many of these were made?

I've been wondering about this, too. I've been keeping an eye on them since the first one I saw on eBay almost a year ago, and after a long drought after the first one or two of them, there's been a slow trickle of them for the past few months. They're coming from several different sellers, and they've hit in force over the last month or so. If the prices on them drop to around $9 or so and they start popping up in Buy-It-Now auctions with one of those "Over 100 available" labels, it'll be safe to assume that there are tons of them. So far, I'd guess that around 100-200 have been sold, but I could be way off on that.

Got mine in today.

It really is a fantastic figure. My first time having a figure with Resolute Duke's head, in-hand.
Between the skin tone, hair color and tattoos, the figure has a Samoan feel, IMO. If we weren't getting The Rock in Retaliation I'd have probably made him a Rock-like character.

Looking at the fig, my first thought was that this was early tooling from a Roadblock fig.

Looks like the chest ink is missing but Ill bet this will feature sometime after teh movie
