They're going to start yelling to get off their lawn before too long, haha. They're getting crabby in their old age!

I actually bought another version of this last year at Rite Aid. I bought it for parts. It's been cut apart for some time now. I just haven't finished the project I got it for. I think I paid $2.50 for it after Christmas. I wanted the tires, seat, and a few other pieces.

I certainly appreciate your enthusiasm for these toys, and your positive attitude is a welcome relief from the usual complaints that permeate the community.

That said, the "teaser" reviews that require people to join your site seem more geared toward bringing traffic to your site rather than providing info to the group. If your JoeCustoms participation consisted of more than these reviews and links to your site, I'm sure they'd be better received. But as it stands, it comes off as a little spammy.

You got it all wrong Chief. Only one review (The Holiday Camper) encourages people to join my site in order to view the review. ALL my other reviews have been available without login/registration requirements.

My JoeCustoms participation has consisted of 99% reviews that are available to people without any conditions.

As for the spammy part, that's your point of view. I see nothing wrong with posting 1 review (out of all my dozens of reviews on this site) that requires people to login/register to my site. IMHO, there's absolutely nothing spammy (or even a little spammy) about that. How else am I supposed to garner interest for my website.

Saw this thing at Family Dollar today. The seat and sterring wheel are actually properly scaled, but it didn't look like there was enough leg room to sit a modern figure there.

I'd say I'd give it a shot at a lesser price, but $10 is too much for a Family Dollar toy.
