Thanks, but I meant in-hand pics.

Yea I thought of that afterwards... oh well... :-P

I'm saving my money for the Ghost Recon figs which haven't had any pics shown of them either though. :(

I saw the whole set of these today, and picked four of them. I got the Creeper and Berzerker mutates, the black dude in the gray power armor Winters, and the Marauder Officer generic baddie. I'm quite pleased with them despite none of them being 'perfect', and plan to pick up the other hero dude whose name I forget - we'll call him Baldy - and Hale, the leader of the Maaruders later.

Winters is the weakest of the 4 I got. His hips are constrained to about a 45-degree arc, half forward and half backward, due to some hip pads being sculpted way down on the socket. It plain old sucks, no two ways about it; but the overall look is cool enough and Winters does come with a nice pair of weapons and some cool goggles; so I'm already bashing his head, gloves, and boots onto a Reactive Armor Ripcord (so I don't have to paint the neck, lol!). I'll prolly hack the hip pads out of the fig and set them up with some latex bands to work on the Reac fig. Graft on the paldron part of the robes and replace the hanging-down bits with fabric and he should be cool.

The Marauder Officer is really keen, in a 70s-TV-Adaptaion-of-Bradbury's-Martian-Chronicles kinda way. I've already trimmed off the hanging bits of his robes since I generally hate plastic fabric on my figs, so I'll replace them with bits from my stash. Underneath all that, he really reminds me of a red Dr Rex fig, all thin and lanky. I saw another one on the pegs, so I'm guessing he comes 2x per case. I could see using just one as anything from a SW Bounty Hunter to a weird Goa'uld Jaffa warrior to a background guard at a Cthulhu ceremony. I'll be tweaking his knee and elbow joints to trim down the fronts of the joints so they don't prevent flexure as much. I wanna be able to get 90 degrees outta them, dammit.

The bugs need just a few more POA for them to satisfy my overly-worried-about-articulation tastes, and I'll add them in; but they're really great overall. I don't care what genres of collecting you like, if you collect 18th figs you need at least one of each of these critters. They're such great executions of generic monsters that they have too many uses to bother going into, so get them. The heads are swappable, and the Berzerker head on the Creeper body wins out much more than the other swap, degrees-of-movement wise, at least. I'm gonna be tweaking both of them to ultimate articulability. I think I'll also use a Creeper to try to make a Resident Evil Licker, too.

I found them too, picked up the 2 human guys and the 2 creatures. Passed on the others, but I may get a few more creatures.

I need to get two of the bald guy, one for a Dreadnok as is and another for a certain Star Wars character that's never been made.

Can anyone post a close up of the other guy's head? I think his name is Winter.

Also how much are these?

Which Target did you go to here in the Springs? (If you're ok with saying.) I've been looking, but hadn't seen them yet.

Thanks!

okay, I've got some questions.

1)Why do I seem to be the only person who played the game?
2)Does Darius' head fit onto Winters' body? Darius wore the same kind of armor at the beginning of the game
3)can the cape be removed from Winters? One of the alt. costumes you can get in the game is a variant of the armor with a helmet and no cape.
3)Do Winters' goggles fit on Darius' head? Darius wears the same kind of goggles throughout most of the game.

I know it'll probably never happen, but I'd love to see them do at least a second series. There's more bugs in the game than just those two, plus other types of Marauder Cultists. They could easily churn out a second wave with a cultist soldier, an ally Marauder soldier, an ally Marauder officer, a Red Faction Scout, a Red Faction Commando, and another bug type, maybe the electric ones.

I found them at the Target by the Citadell Mall.

Heads seems like they can switch.
Cape can be removed, but it's glued down. Had to peel it off at the right shoulder cuz it hindered movement.
Goggles fit both heads. When Darius has the goggles, he looks like Riddick from Pitch Black.

I went back today, and it appeared they'd put out another case as there were doubles of guys that were only singles the day before. I picked up the two I'd skipped - Hale and Mason - and a second Berzerker to bash with my disappointing HALO Flood critter. I didn't armybuild any of the previous two lines, but I could easily see me nabbing up a good fistful of both Berzerkers and Crawlers, and Marauder Officers as well.

I've parts-swapped my Hale and Marauder to get a best version for Hale. The original Hale torso has the same 'vertebrae' down the front the Officer has, but it's sculpted to Hale's torso whereas the Officer has it as part of the tunic. It greatly limits his torso-twist movement, so I've swapped in the Officer chest onto the rest of Hale. I've also swapped the 'arch armor' plates off the feet so Hale has both boots bare of spikes. I think this guy and a few fanatical worshippers are going to come in handy for my overall Universe.

Have not seen them yet.

How much are they and where are they on the pegs?

They are $7.99 and hang on the same pegs occupied by the Crysis 2 and Assassins' Creed figures as they are part of the GameStars line.

They are literally just starting to hit but you should see some soon. Only 1 Target out of my local 5 have any so far, the rest are all stocked with Assassins' Creed figures (1 still has nothing but Crysis 2 figures on the pegs).

Same story here. I've hit Targets in MI, OH, KY and TN since finding the first ones a couple of weeks back, and so far it's still only that one Target that has them. 8-O
