It's the RoC Paris Pursuit Snake-Eyes torso (the one with the trenchcoat, also used for the Wave 1 PoC SE), and RoC General Hawk arms with the modern ball-jointed hands. The figure as a whole is pretty awesome: a nice, generic body that'll make excellent custom fodder (unless you really like Duke or the cartoon that the figures come from, in which case it'll probably make a nice Duke).

Saw the Renegades figures today. Wasn't planning to buy these 4 figures of these 4 stale overdone characters from the outset and seeing them in person didn't change my mind in the least.

I'm annoyed that they started AGAIN with SE, Duke, and CC... thankfully they subbed in FF for Stormshadow. I'm annoyed that Law, Scarlett, Ripcord, Tunnel Rat, and Cobra Trooper are so far off from release. I'm super annoyed that we're NOT getting figures of Bludd, Zartan, Flint, Roadblock, Lady Jaye, and eyepatch Hawk at all. Christ, Bludd was a major part of 2 episodes and was a total bad ass but isn't getting made while FF was only in one and he wasn't even in cool in it. Roadblock was in ALL 26 friggin episodes of the show yet is totally skipped over! And IMO Hawk needed a figure in spite of his brief role just because we could have FINALLY gotten an Army dress uniform but nooooo.

They dropped the ball with the show... And they've proven to be butterfingers with the toyline too.

Diamond Comics has solicited Wave 3 for December. Which means it could turn up as early as next month.

my walmart was crawling with them, so i picked them up.

dukes four pistols. wtf. not only does he have four, but they are the same except the one on the leg has a peg. why all this talk of mold costs then make two identical pistols one with peg and one without?

That's awesome. Now, if only somebody would put them up for preorder.

If it works like solicitations with Diamond usually work, retail will be more than likely to start seeing these in November. I know back when I used to order from them, most chain stores got items a month ahead of Diamond.

Of course with the way things have been going with G.I.Joe, it means nothing since most of us are just now seeing the wave with Steel Brigade and were skipped over when the Steel Brigade was in the previous wave. Plus most of us still haven't seen the Renegades in store or ever saw the Jungle BAT wave. So yeah...

I hate to say it. But I finally opened the four Renegades figures I was able to find. Snake Eyes is a pretty fun toy. Overdone, yeah, but still a fun toy. The added webgear really makes him stand out. Duke is darn near perfect, except I too am puzzled by all of the handguns.

I saw the Jungle BAT wave twice at Walmart. Neither time were there ANY BATs left. It makes me wonder if it was a revision case without them.

Renegade Duke is a pretty fun figure.
He also makes a pretty decent stand-in for Steve McGarret from the new Hawaii 5-0 show or even Stonebridge from Strike Back.

I'm tempted to get a few more.

haven't found duke yet, but figure the extra handguns are for everyone else since everyone uses them in the show

All of those extra handguns are there because Hasbro knows you all want to trade them for more realistic weapons with Spectre... :rotfl:
