Just saw this over on tni . . . .

http://toynewsi.com/news.php?catid=141&itemid=17614

I'm not familiar with the game at all, but there are some cool designs here. Bummer that they're going back to the bicep swivels after using the swivel/hinge elbows on the Assassins Creed stuff, and I can't tell if the ankles on the humans have any rotational movement or not, but they look to be on par with the Crysis stuff at least. Anyway, I love these little one off lines of toys. Hope Unimax is successful with them, as there's plenty of possibilities out there.

I like the humans and can see them being useful.

Yeah the humans could fit into my bounty hunter world I want to do as a side faction from Cobra. I don't know about the ceremonial looking people or the aliens though.

YES!! I've been waiting to see these! They look excellent. The Frank Winters figure is almost a generic Red Faction soldier. Here's hoping they include the helmet to go with his combat suit (but probably won't since I don't think he wore one in the game). The Marauder Officer also looks great. I might need to troop build them. With regards to the ankles, if you look at the Marauder Officer closely, you can see he does have the ankle swivel.

I also notice that TNI lists this as wave 1. Hopefully we'll see a wave 2 with some of the other alien variants, maybe a powered armor or possibly Darius in some of his other costumes, since he does go through a number of costume changes throughout the game. I still kind of wish they'd have done a line for the previous game though since the EDF troops were actually pretty cool looking.

Now, if we could just get some pics of the Ghost Recon figures.

Please give us vehicles! Especially from Gurrella War. I haven't played the second one, I liked the open surface game play of the first next gen red faction. It had tons of awesome vehicles that would fit in with any military setting. I'd really like to see that cool armored 4 wheeler, the mars Hum-vee, in 1/18th scale. I'm glad 4 inch seems to be gaining so much momentum.

Win, win, win, win, win, win. I'll get every last one, and dupes of several of them.

These are sweet. I don't buy many lines, but this one looks worth having.

Haven’t the Crysis and AssCreed figs shown themselves to be pretty much exactly what they were advertised to be?

They look improved over their other figures too.
Just hope they get the Left 4 Dead line.

Meh, Resident Evil would be the better zombie game to get, imho. More characters, more monsters. That line, a Soul Reaver line, a Tomb Raider line, and a Colony Wars (whut?) line would be perfect.

Those look excellent. The two critters and the guy in red are my favourites. I could definitely use those, especially teh creature on all fours for something I am working on at the moment.
