Here's one from the front.

another back shot.

One of the problems for me in doing El Gigante was the fact that the LOTR cave troll was the animatronic one, with levers, sounds, and an animatronic latex face, so I was not able to customize the troll other than add the Plagas.

Best I was able to do was cut off his lower sabertooth like canines, since the GIgante was just a misshapen gigantic humanoid.

I think I'm in love with El Gigante. :-)

That thing looks awesome in a "bringing on some serious hurt" kind of way (I remember watching my buddy fight this one playing RE4). You definitely captured it well in custom form.

Leon is looking good too, the paleness of his skin really works to bring out the character. I'm more used to seeing him in that uniform than with the jacket (got to watching my buddy play the game further in) so my taste leans toward this one. :-)

Wicked lookin' Gigante! I'll have to keep an eye open for a LoTR Cave Troll & the Movie Manics Thing figure.

Knew your custom El Gigante rocks, and all your pics just proved it. Thanks for posting them, and I gotta say that looks really good. Didn't even realize that LOTR had this baby out, and the touches you did makes him a pretty good likeness for El Gigante. Love the Resident Evil theme characters; closest I've come to that is substituting Army of Darkness corpses for the zombies... say, that animatronic head doesn't come with a "chewing" action, does it? :shifty:

Actually it does come with chewing and screaming action. There is a battery port in the foot. There were levers in the back(you'll notice the trenches) that would move the arms up and down, and thrusting action.

Simply awesome! The Leon looks like he jumped right out of the game. Seriously; I don't know how you painted him, but he looks like a direct translation. And El Gigante is a great piece too. Way to flesh out the RE4 cast!

Did you make any ganados? I think I see some being man handled by El Gigante.

Thrusting action? You sure El Gigante doesn't do porn? He's got the name already... :shifty:
