Had this guy on the drawing board for over 2 years. I had planned to use Joe parts, but kept putting it off because I could never find the right combo. Was going to use a 25A Destro, but then realized I still have a dozen or so MLS Magnetos sitting around wanting to become Superhero customs, so......

Body is MLS Maggy
Head is Obi-Wan Gimp Mask
Hands are MM Superman
Everything else is hand-made/sculpted (skulls, spikes, etc.) -- I'm not too happy with the collar for the cape, but it'll do for now.

I don't like the "foot spikes" that always appear on the toys & comics - they just look lame IMO, so I kept the spikes to a minimum. And no, I don't have any plans for an "extra crispy" Al Simmons head ;)

Cheers!

EDIT: Ok, I really hated that collar, despite all the work I put into sculpting it. Went with a cloth collar instead and a different way of attaching the cape (clear elastic bands vs the sculpted collar.) I think it works a little better - although it's not as easy to remove the cape anymore, but it's still pretty fun to play with.

The sculpting looks really good. I could use a little more detail on the painting of the skulls i.e. paint the eyes black. Other than that, awesome. Great use of all the extra 25th stuff on the Commando version.

All hail the Chief, another fine custom.
I think I'll try my hand at a RAH version.

That's a great custom. I agree with you on the collar, but other than that, he looks very handsome.

Way better. The fact that the collar and the rest of the cape looks perfect.

Dan,
Beautiful job. I wouldn't change a thing now. The sculpting is tight and that cloth cape really puts him over the top.

That works very well. The all cloth cape looks much better. He looks killer, pun intended, with all the guns. Perfection.

The new version is extreme. I would buy stuff like that.

I don't really like Spawn, but this is one cool figure. I love that cape!
