Back to the topic at hand, I tend to believe that Hasbro COULD do a good quality 6" scale G.I. Joe line if they really wanted to and put proper time, effort, and attention into it. But based on the responses here, at least, it would seem there's not much of a market for it. I'm a little surprised, but so be it.
I'm a little surprised you of all people would be interested in it, being a hardcore "this is not my GI Joe" kind of guy. Essentially we have 6" articulation and sculpting in 1/18 scale already in the current format for GI Joe.

But the design of a 6" line couldn't really fairly be compared to any of the 3-3/4" formats, at least in my opinion.

More importantly, the demise of Sigma Six and the stagnation of the Combat Heroes shows there isn't a big enough audience to support non-1/18 scale lines.
That does seem to be the consensus in here, yes. Ah, well, it was just a thought. Looking at DCUC Green Arrow and thinking "You know, Duke and some of the others would be cool in this size and design." :-/
