The yellow and black guy was an Alley-Viper, pretty sure the full helmet guy in the Mega Marines bits was a Mega Viper, the Ninja Force section had a Night Creeper and a Red Ninja . . . . I think the dark suited guys were just generic Cobras.

Thats what I call over acting but hey it was the 90's and they tried to put a ton of stuff in one commericial
