What is the difference betwixt the regular 25th figures and the Hall of Heroes figures besides the higher price tag and the gold figure stand?
I bought a HoH Firefly and he comes with enough accesories for two figures and a different sculpt than the rest of the 25th Fireflys, but oherwise he seems to be no different.

I bought a HoH Firefly and he comes with enough accesories for two figures and a different sculpt than the rest of the 25th Fireflys, but oherwise he seems to be no different.

Firefly: Completely new assembly, with Firefly's head, Viper's torso and Snake-Eyes' arms and legs. Comes with Firefly's webgear, CP Firefly's belt and the accessories of both regular Firefly and CP Firefly (minus the Shockblast vest). Dark grey with even darker grey camo.

Viper: Cobra 5-pack Viper version. Has painted flesh instead of molded flesh, and the gun is dull grey instead of silver. Few minor paint variations too.

Storm Shadow: 5-pack version with the new arms and feet. Features all-black gear instead of the gray parts of the 5-pack version, and includes the nunchaku and grappling hook of the 5-pack version, too.

Crimson Guard: Removable helmet version, comes with bright red helmet and backpack (which clash), along with the classic assault rifle (over the plain rifle) and the pistol that won't fit in the strap.

Zartan: Same as the Swamp Skier version, but with extra metallic wash over the armor. Also has three facemasks and the "Devil's Due" version's rifle.

BAT: Don't know about physical changes, but it has the battle-damaged head, and the spores and cannister backpack.

Beachhead: Comic Pack versions, sans unaccurate unmasked head and scarf. Includes the original version's backpack and assault rifle on top of the Comic Pack version's pouch, rifle and ammo clips.

Flint: Tiger Force Flint assembly with the shorter sleeves, in the classic deco. Comes with 2009 5-pack version's shotgun and all of the Tiger Force version's weapons.

Snake-Eyes (82): All-black version of the 82 style toy, with all the classic gear.

Snake-Eyes (85): DVD pack Snake-Eyes assembly, with the first 25th 85-style Snake-Eyes' head and hands. Has the scimitar of the DVD pack version, the knife and uzi from the classic SE body build and the 2009 5-pack's Timber.

I'd say that sums it up.

So, basically there is nothing truely special or unique about the figures. Meh, I just needed another Firefly

Well, Beachhead is your only chance to own the 86-accurate Beachhead with the crossbow and backpack.

Flint is one of only two options to get the "classic" Flint with short sleeves and a more classic-looking shotgun.

Firefly is essentially a new figure.

Storm Shadow features sleeveless arms and better forearms too.

But the rest aren't too noteworthy. I missed out on a lot of those guys so I was happy to get them though.

Beachhead and Flint also have a paint wash on their boots that make them look dirty.
