 Post subject: Variant DR and Arctic stormy running changes?

Didn't feel like looking for a topic, but are these running changes? I just got a case in from MC and it had both the white coat and maskless stormy.

I havne't heard anything official. Originally people thought this was a variant but I'm thinking this was a planned assortment change. The original Dr. wave had the black coat and showed up at retail. The replenishing wave, which is what showed up at most of the online stores, got the white coat and maskless SS.
