Ok so I missed the wave of vehicles with the stinger and the artic hiss tank, as well as the attack and defense of cobra island.

A. are these items still available/being made?
B. Where is the best place to get them?

The Stinger you're out of luck on unless you pay Ebay prices or if someone has an extra somewhere out there. The HISS you can still get and in some places for a pretty decent price. The Cobra Island sets are still available on most all the sites such as BBTS, Entertainment Earth, etc.

EE had 1 stinger left (as of this writing). But the case with the Stinger, Arctic Hiss, Flak and Skyhawk is out of stock.
I'm a bit surprised the VAMP and Stinger haven't been re-released yet, perhaps with a more ROC like paint-deco. Maybe as we get closer to Christmas.

You know Target.com was once to email me when they got them in stock I guess they never got them.

Bah, I'll not be ordering from EE again. I've yet to successfully order from them, as when I do a preorder, my preorders never show up, such as the case with these vehicles. Luckily, BBTS came through.

As far as playing catch up, BBTS has them up for preorder again.

I bought mine from Entertainment Earth because they were the cheapest I saw. They took forever to get them, but I got all my vehicles cheap. I don't order from BBTs because they're more expensive. And I've never had a problem with EE, but that's just me. Everyone has their own experiences.

For some reason the Stinger seems to be the hot one. It's nice, but nothing special.

Yeah, I tried EE because they were cheaper, but for some reason, my stuff never comes through from them. BBTS costs more, but I've not had any problems with them. Different strokes for different folks (and Gary Coleman... and Kilcarr), I guess. I may give EE one more chance, next preorder I may want.

I got my set through EE too. It took a little longer, I got the Cobra Island set which I ordered at the same time as the vehicle case first.
