Between the pic's size and the dark, textury background, it's hard to make out what the items are, but here's what I ID'd:

2: Lanard Corps' Toxic Waster's toxic waste dispenser (or vacuumer... is he a good guy or a bad guy??)

5: Corps! T-crotch series rifle

#4 is the rudder for the Masters of the Universe Wind raider vehicle.

I think the other guy by Firefly is Arnold's John Matrix character from 'Commando'.

I have central vac in my house. It looks nothing like that. I'm not too concerned about the carpet in the loft of my garage and also my vaccum hose doesnt reach. Your more than welcome to come clean it though for me.

6 is a gi joe battle corps weapon, i think maybe from star brigade series, which ever figure came with a purple blister pack,

7 is, the rat king's cross bow from tmnt original series, used to have a detatchable rat ontop.

14 is a blak vent which i beleive is off the cobra bugg vehicle, but could be off a different vehicle.

cant make out 9 or 11

and 13 appears to be a helmut, possibly off a he-man or tmnt figure.
