Specifically his mask.

I've worn full face knit masks in the winter time when I was younger and I've never been able to understand how Beachhead wears his.

To me, it looks like he pulled it over his head and then pulled the bottom of the front back up over the lower portion of his face.

But that doesn't make sense because the entire mask/hood would have to be extra long since it still covers the neck.

Any guesses?

It's not cut like a "ninja mask", but with the bottom overlapping the top, like baby onesy collars. The part over his face can be slipped up over his mouth, or pulled under his chin. Likewise, the top can be pull down so that just the bottom half of his head is covered.

you are right. The balaclava that AutobotC5 is wearing is worn this way, and it doesn't expose his neck. Not sure how long it is though.

I assumed it might have been two pieces.

Hasbro seems to agree.

Look at the comic pack Beachhead and the lower face mask piece.

Looks like a balaclava to me with a "drop chin" so it can act as a neck gator.

That was exactly what I was trying to describe, hehe. Good show ;)
