This is almost a non question, as the Blockbuster takes this hands down.

Manta-Ray - While not a bad vehicle, the Inflatable part did have some play value, as it floats, but had the disadvantage of looking awkward. The Sharc 9000 was just too bad azz a release to follow with this.

Razor-Blade - another Not-so-bad vehicle that had the curse of looking awkward. also, just like the Manta-Ray, the lack of non firing weapons diminished the play value a bit.

however, the sky hook part gave you hours of fun "rescuing" Joe's!

Power Fighter HORRIBLE "vehicle". They were pretty much glorified armed Thrones! these could have had tons of value, if there was an actual cockpit or at least a canopy that came down similar to Exosquad E-Frames (probably why they didn't do it, copyright infringement)

Blockbuster - now THIS is a toy! Although I wondered why an arctic vehicle would be so heavy (probably a tundra Howitzer) the Blockbuster is a great vehicle. the Pop-pop guns are a great action feature, plus the fact that it has several weapons (I love the built in Fender Gatling guns), and holds up to 6 arctic soldiers! (more if you use the foot pegs)

I use mine as the command and control vehicle for the Joes old weather forces.

Yep, the Blockbuster is the best of the bunch, but I still find it a bit lackluster.

You'd think with all the guns it has on it, it'd have some that can move from side to side. Not every enemy will come charging straight at them.

I went with the Blockbuster. This was actually a very impressive vehicle with a not-too-bad gimmick to it. Admittedly 1994 was a short year for vehicles.

The Manta Ray was a cool idea -- an actual inflatable raft -- that just didn't work too well. It never stayed inflated for any length of time, and the clip-on accessories didn't stay put very well.

The Razor-Blade was a decent-looking copter that was, unfortunately, overwhelmed in appearance by its own gimmick, that zip-line thing or whatever it was.

As for my opinion of the Power Fighters, see my comment under the Cobra 1994 poll.

The last year of GI Joe went by largely unnoticed by me at the time. Looking back on it now, I must admit I've never seen any of the vehicles from this year, so all my judgements will come from what I see in the photos on YoJoe.

Blockbuster - Not really sure what the purpose of this three wheeled truck/tank is, but its actually pretty cool looking. I like the angular look of the front end, and the large minigun (is that an oxymoron?) on top is pretty cool too. It gets my vote.

Manta-Ray - Kind of a Night Landing for the Joes, looks kind of like a bath toy. Not horrible, but definately not the best in this group.

Razor-Blade - Looks like a Robocop helicopter toy I've seen. Wierd looking, and the zip line gimmick wouldn't have appealed to me at any age.

Power Fighter - Interesting looking Mech fighter, though I probably would have passed on it.

Razor Blade, easily. Throw back to the earlier days everyone harps about with it's black and green color scheme, and is no more awkward in design than the Sky Hawk. only having a spring-load launcher is unfortunate, but the zip line gimmick is completely detachable, so if it's unwanted it's no problem.

Razor Blade.
I never attached the zip line thing to the Razor Blade, I think I even threw it away after I bought it.
