Anyone have any idea what this means: Cobra Trooper (v16) was created using the head of Cobra Trooper (v15) (2008) with a newly tooled torso, waist, arms, and legs.

It's from here: http://www.yojoe.com/action/09/cobratrooper16.shtml and the trooper is the Resolute Trooper.

I don't remember the Resolute head on any other figure.

I don't see that version listed on YoJoe yet, so I'm guessing that it is the "coming soon" version.

That is correct, we are still waiting for our pre-order of the 5th MASS DVD pack to arrive. So, that is in fact the same head as used on the Resolute trooper.

Sorry, even us at YoJoe are not exempt from the distribution woes of the past four months.
