Yah, those both look like fun figs. I'm not *quite* sold on that particular shade of purple as it's too 'neon 90s'; but that may be the camera flash. Nice use of the DragonFlyz head. I've been eyeballing them things for a while now myself.

Did you just do a Blackstar custom? I think I just had a nerdgasm! Blackstars are some of my favorite troopers and noone EVER shows them any love. You ROCK my friend!

On top of that the figure looks fabulous. Just like a Hasbro release if not better. Were they available I'd buy a ton of those!

The Puff Adder looks really good, but I'm not sure I understand his purpose. Is he the Cobra equivilant of the Reservist? At any rate I like it a lot. I've been eyeing those Dragonflyz figures for a while, looks like it may be time. . .

Very original parts selection and mods on both these guys. My favorite is definitely Puff Adder. I had no idea those Dragon Flyz figures were joe-scaled; or at least with heads that could be used for 1:18 customs.

Puff Adder, I've looked at that head about a dozen times and thought to myself that it was too big. You not only proved me wrong but you made kcik ass custom too. My only issue is that he looks too cool to be a reserve. Maybe a Flak Viper sgt or Coil Crusher in field uniform.

Wow! What a response, I was really unsure how Puff Adder would be received. Thanks for all the supportive comments, you guys are great.
I had such a hard time trying to figure out what Puff's specialty was. I agree he looks more intigrated than a reservist but couldn't come up with anything unique or that wasn't overdone by Hasbro or other customizers (no disrespect intended).
I bought two of these Dragonflyz figures, the other had a cool helmet, but has a really stupid grin on his face, not sure I will be using him.
Correcto on the gun, it is an Incinerator weapon.
I went with the funky purple on Eclipse to reflect the time he would have come out, most of the 90's were neon-ish, including the Blackstar (pilot).
I've always liked the idea behind the Blackstars and wished it would have been delved into more.
