That is insane. I was thinking $30. Those original pictures must not show it's size well, because no way is that thing worth $40. Also, the silly boat PIT thing being 100 bucks is going to kill any chance of us having a (good) playset anywhere down the line. No one is going to buy it at that price. I know I won't. They could have made something cooler for half the price. Also, if that Hummer is $25, I'm not buying that, either.

But, whenever it comes down to pictures, I'll try hard not to make a final decision until I see General Hawk's pictures. His always make things look much better than the "official" photos do.

No Snake Fries price?

Pitt for $100 is a huge pass and that thing will clog shelves and we'll never get anything big again.

Strato-Viper is now Air-Viper.

Night Raven $40!!!!!! As if I didn't have enough to complain about that thing.

PITT $100 was expected, and makes it an easy pass until the price goes to clearence.

Thing is that its the same price as the AT-TE but doesn't look near the size, maybe I am misjudgeing here but it actually looks to be about half the size overall (with alot of space being taken up by the flaps folding out in "base mode" ).

I will just hold on to my MCC thanks.

Hum, the prices do seem to be a bit higher than I was expecting. I guess it's because they think they need gimmicks instead of just a fun toy.

Unless things turn around I've got a bad feeling that some of the stuff is just going to be out of my price range this summer.

But I still want to see pictures of the stuff I can't afford :-D

Judging from the figure that PITT is about 1.5 ft tall.
a little over two feet long. TINY.

Sadly enough the prices are the Deth of teh Line!!1!

7.99 a figure? Count me out completely untill clearence time.
Absurd price to pay for a single figure, regadless of accessories.

Well, the small "pump-action" photo makes it look about the size of the NAC, length-wise.

Still, i'd rather spend the extra scratch and get the original.

That actually follows the adverage of Hasbro priceing of late (SW and Marvels) so it fits perfectly. I am betting that will be the price.

I like the Night Raven but not enough to cough up 40 bucks for it.

That makes perfect sense at a time when oil is cheap

Except given how long it takes to make a figure, chances are it WASN'T cheap when it was purchased for production.

While very true, that the prices keep with, current, standard Hasbro 3 3/4" pricing, it is still a little odd.
Since Hasbro is paying (pressumably heavy) licensing fees for the Star Wars and Marvel / Wolverine brands, one would assume that the GI Joe figures (a Hasbro owned brand) should (in theory) be cheaper.

The funny thing is that over the past couple of years now, GI Joe figures have gone from $4.99 to $7.99, where as Marvel 3 3/4" figures have remained the same price!

(The ToyBiz SHS / MLS figures were $7.99 and now the Hasbro Marvel Universe / Wolverine figures are the same price)
