Don't lump all the cartoon fans into the Cobra-La snakeman thing. I thought it was ludicrous that CC wasn't human.

This is the dumbest look for the Commander ever. I hope, no pray, that he dons a hood or a silver face plate over that thing for most of the film.

Wow I just don't think that the English language has the right words for me to properly express my level of disappointment.

I don't know, I guess after some of the characters were close that they would go so well insane with Cobra Commander. This from the guy who has the Star Brigade Cobra Commander.

Just doesn't say Cobra Commander like the hood, the battle helmet, or even the hood/helmet combo they used in Sigma Six.

Maybe I can grow to accept it, but right it's too much ouch to really take in.

I'm not bothered by it. Would I have preferred a chrome mask, yeah. I actually like the costume. The only thing that could stand to be changed would be the mask, but it really doesn't bother me. I kinda like it, actually.

Looks like just another version of Cobra Commander to me. How many suits and helmets has he worn now? Maybe they'll throw fans a bone and have him wear a hood for a short time to hide this mask shown. Like I said though; just another CC to me.

Since this is suppose to be the early origins of Cobra, maybe, just maybe, CC will get his chrome later on.

I'll have to see the regular figure. I've never liked the Heroes lines, so this doesn't tell me much. I'm not surprised that they didn't go with the iconic look. Most movie translations of existing properties (including movie remakes) don't tend to have much respect for their source material. If the non chibified look is cool, I'll add it to my small collection of CCs that don't all look like each other.

At first I saw CC and thought Then I started thinking that the mask looks a bit like a clear hard plastic mask for burn victims. Got me wondering now if CC’s gonna get the Snake Eyes Comic treatment and get a face full of flame. That might be used to explain his going off his nut (lets face it, he’s gonna be a complete psychotic madman in the movie) and his speech.

I think the PIT playset gets an A+ simply for the fact that they undertook such a large item, and such a huge gamble.

However, I think the PIT playset itself is a total wasted opportunity, and will quickly end up on the discount aisle. Sad, because they obviously gave it a shot, but the execution is total inexcusable. It looks like a landing craft glued on the top of The General.
