WOW!! Super AWESOME!!

With its angular design the Night Raven actually looks like it belongs to the RESOLUTE line of toys. I remember from the Con the images of some of the other Res stuff they showed such a the Flagg and Skystriker for the cartoon. This Raven has the same styling.

And I like the Motor Viper that is shown with the Cobra Hummer. His vest looks like the original torso from the 86 version and his helmet has the cool flip-down shield to look like the original as well.

Well, I wasn't a big fan of the figures, but the Night Raven's doing a lot to fix not liking the vehicles. Actually, let me be the first of many to suggest I will customize it into Firefox from the 80's movie.

WOW! Yeah that Night Raven to me looks better than the original! I know I gotta have that. I like the Cobra jeep/truck thing too. I like them all, even the repaint. The figures look great too.

meh.. for whatever reason I'm not all up on the Night Raven...That'll be one I wait for the inevitable clearance prices.

That H2, however...I may get a few...because you never know how useful a post apociliptic H2 could be.

Edit: Looking at the pics again...I think it really looks to be undersized....So very much like the 2" Sigma 6 stuff...it looks like it's somthing that's repurposed for Joe, not designed strait up. Only one pilot in the seat and It dosn't even look like his head will be in the cockpit...

I guess it's a movie design that's been translated into toy form instead of the other way around.

Holy, holy, holy Crap! FTW!

I have a sneaking suspicion the PIT is going to be the single coolest toy ever made (after the Flagg). The Raven is just... just. Well, it may not be exactly like the original. but for a new jet in 2009, that's better than I ever thought we'd get.

That CLAW/FLAK 2-pack is now on my must-have list... in duplicate, to fill those seats with proper-colored Stratos. Target, make it happen, NOW!

The two Joe snow vehicles look awful - I know the Snowcat ripoff is from the VvV days when vehicles looked like something from a knockoff line and the snowmobile looks like it was made by the same people. Pass on both.

I do like the Night Raven a lot and will be getting this at the first chance.

The Scarab is okay, nothing great, but I'll get it for the Motor Viper.

Good lord....I thought it would be remarkably easy to pass on the movie toys but hot damn....I want that Night Raven. I even want the Cobra Hummer, and I don't even like Hummers.

Say... Is it just me or does that Motor Viper's head (unser the visor) bear an uncanny resemblance to the v1 Night Viper head design?

These look ok. Last thing I need is another giant ass Nightraven hogging up all my shelf space though. the only thing that really looks useful here is that hummer thing, and that's only if it has use-able figure space other than the front 2 seats. And that's not looking too likely.

Well if I don't buy any of the movie figs, I'll at least buy most of these vehicles.
"ice dagger" is totally going to be a Cobra vehicle. It's even in the right blue colors.
Night Raven is just uber cool looking, minus the missile launchers.
Pass on the VvV snowmobile.
Hummer is growing on me. Looks like it might be another vehicle that I'll have to take the action attack popup gun (see IceSaber & Ice Dagger) off of.

I don't have a beef with the design, but that Sigma 6 2" scaling is absolute fail. The original NR has nothing to fear from short stuff there.
