I never found the single carded BAT at retail, so it's great a better one is being released. But like others have said, the price point is a real downer. I can imagine the one's we really want like Flint or SEv2 being put at a higher price point while the one's that aren't changed too much (Beachhead, CG) clog the virtual shelves. It really does suck that Hasbro couldn't get these 'fixed' versions to us the first time, but if you look at trends from the Star Wars line, they'll keep making 'better' versions until we all get fed up and run out of money.

Same neat boot details as Beach Head and the cool new shotgun from the new fivepack, it looks like. Also, TF Flint arms used with v1 colors. I can see Flint fans happy about this one.

Thanks! I dig it. Best Flint yet. But I'm still convinced I should buy the boxed set for the new Shipwreck and Lady Jaye. Plus yelling Flint head seems like a nice bonus. Oh well, what else am I going to do with <cringe> $50?

I just noticed: different feet and hands on Snake Eyes. It looks like V1 feet/hands. The feet look pretty good. The hands look like crap.

The Crimson Guardsman's helmet and backpack are brighter red than they should be and don't match the uniform at all.


I'm passing on every single one of these.

Looking at these again, I noticed that Storm Shadows has new feet. No sandals this time around. Perfect SS.

I'll probably pick up the Firefly, since I loved but never got to actually own the convention Black Dragon Infiltrator Firefly that he's based off of, but that's the only one that tempts me.

Sucks that that exact Storm Shadow mold is in the new 5-pack but in weird colors. Same deal with Flint, the HoH one is just that little bit better than the 5 pack one. Those are really the only two tempting me though, since the other new stuff will be in the 5 packs. I'll get a BAT unless we find out the battle damage and spore canister will be available elsewhere, and I'll probably grab as many Vipers as my wallet will allow, which will suck, because there's no way these won't be more expensive than the average Joes.

Looks like I will be skipping all of these.

Not at all too different than the one with Chameleon. The extra head I expect to be in the 5 pack too.

I'm not so sure they are actually sold out. Those links don't go back to an actual Hall of Heroes page on BBTS. I think they are just preparing that section.

They look nice, I'm just not sure they are nice enough for me to replace the figures I already have. Maybe a BAT or two since it comes with all that gear and perhaps a Viper as one to display, but I'm not so sure I'll get the other figures.

I'm very happy with this new wave.
They remade many of the characters after all the complaints of the fans.

Some I'll pass, but some I just have to get.

They all look great, except the Siegie. What's up with the mismatched helmet and backpack? The colors are wrong.

The fact that they are online exclusives doesn't bother me, I get 97.6% of my Joes online anyway.

All of them are nice updated/fixed versions, but I can't see myself shelling out 13-15$ + shipping for each one. I might pick up Firefly because he is different enough from the previous releases and he comes with a truckload of gear, but Hasbro can keep the rest until the price comes down
