Wasn't there a carded resolute battle damaged BAT w/ the cannister and purple tentacles image floating around for awhile? I'm hoping so, because I really don't want to shell out money just for accessories.

I like some of the changes to Firefly, but not all of them. I thought the 25th v1 Firefly legs were better than the Snake Eyes, but I like the Snake Eyes arms and Duke torso. Getting tons of gear is cool too, but being solid black with no camo is bleh to me.

That Timber is amazing! I can't believe I actually think a plastic wolf is that cool. I also like the detail on Beach Head's boots. The Storm Shadow is well done. The Firefly, Viper and BAT will have homes with me, as well.

I think most of them are like that, Flint, SE V.2, BeachHead, Viper, the only one I like the original of more is Firefly, all one color just doesn't look or seem like FF to me.

Also, my Walmart still has like 15 black commando SEs, if you ask me, that'll be the peg warming fig here.

Looks like a Viper torso. Different pockets than the Duke. If you look really hard, it looks like there might be a lighter grey shade of camo on him as well.

Well from the looks of what they've shown, I say a mixed bag. Half I'll get, half I won't.

That Snake Eyes is perfect! That's exactly the figure I wanted Hasbro to make. I've grown fond of the second crack at the visor head that came out in the DVD pack (and will be released in the new 5-pack) but I still prefer the first head.

I'll probably get Flint, too, even though we haven't seen him (yet).

But overall, a lot of these look completely unnecessary. Crimson Guard, Zartan, Storm Shadow, Firefly, BAT and Beach-Head aren't different enough from previous releases to warrant a purchase (for me). I wasn't that bothered by the Viper the first time around, so that's a pass, too.

The fact that they knocked it out of the park with Snake Eyes makes this series worth it in my mind, but I don't really like that I'll be shelling out $20 for Snake Eyes and Flint.

I like all of these. They have some nice touches or fixes to the original 25th figures we got. It's like Hasbro took the ten most popular figures when the poll came out, and made them what the collector wanted.

Storm Shadow actually looks good to me too. I figured they go all white and sleeveless but those look like entirely new arms and he's got his nunchucks back.
