When I went into Tesco on Monday and got the Tomb Protector playset, it was the only one left. Couldn't get lucky twice in one week. Could I? Yep. Went in again this morning with the intention of buying the giant snake with another of the Bomani figures. Came out with the Sky Wing set instead. (Please don't hate me, Marcus!

):

Some thoughts on the set:
Skyboy Stratus:

Apart from sounding like a member of the Village People, this is a quite nice figure, lack of articulation aside. The sculpting is good, especially on the head, very interesting look to it with the weird goggles and flying helmet. The arm guards are also very nice and could be quite easily cut off for use on a ninja/samurai custom. The gun is a little oversized as you would expect from CM, but the jetpack is fantastic, with some great flames coming out. 7/10
Sky Wing:

Now this is one odd but fantastic looking plane. Looks like it was put together by Leonardo da Vinci with access to early 20th century technology. The undercarriage folds up and there is a button to make the wings flap. I was thinking about letting it go on Ebay, but now I have it in hand, I love it. My only crticism is that there is nowhere on top for the pilot to sit or stand. Going to have to add a seat. What would have made this perfect is if there had been some electronics to make the propellers spin. This really is my all-time favourite CM vehicle, the strangest and best looking. 9.5/10
Anubis:

Oh wow! The sculpting on this is top rate. The jackal head is superb, even with the cowl removed. Need to do some painting on it to bring out all of the details, but it still looks good. Great sword and scarab shield, and a couple of axes. If this had Joe or even SW style articulation, it be in my top ten favourites. The sarcophagus is exactly the same one that comes with the Tomb Protector set. 7/10
Scarab:

This is just a beautiful piece. Every bit as good, if not better than, as the scorpion. The paint work is superb. Has an action feature, a button on top that closes the pincers, but doesn;t detract from the overall look. The wings/carapace at the back fold open so that a figure can stand in a couyple of holes and grab the removable harness. 10/10
