Red=eliete guards, which doesn't bother me a bit.

CC is an interesting variation

OH CRAP I ACTUALLY LIKE IT!!!!!!!

I already cancelled my preorder.
I thought the BAT looked like garbage from the get go & red troopers just don't make sense to me. The CC design didn't appeal to me the first time around.

I'm going to reserve final judgement until I see them up close, but what I see in the picture doesn't really impress me.

Wow...this is really uninspired. Not planning on picking this up.... don't need to unload another CC or Duke, even if I do like the troopers.

Going to have to say total pass for me.

Blue troopers and I could have picked up the set going oh well Cobra Commander and Duke do love the new clothes. The red troopers though are so blah compared to the blue that it just seems like a waste of money for me to get the set when none of the figures stand out enough to get the set.

If they really want red figures why the heck don't they just go ahead and crank out a Resolute Crimson Guard figure instead of shoe horning regular troops into the roll?

Eh.

The black CC looks okay but I'm not buying a 5-pack to get 1 toy.

I like every figure in this set.

Cobra Commander always looks good in black.

I've always wanted red Troopers/Officers. While the Resolute versions are a little high tech for my uses (Early Crimson Guards) at least we're finally getting some.

The BAT is not as cool as the original color scheme, but it's OK.

Duke will make a great Cobra Jetpack Trooper with a quick headswap.

I say win. I'll be army-building these.

My take as well. I think it's a great army-builder pack. For me, CC is the only one I wouldn't army-build, as the Resolute Duke base figure is a perfect customs base for me. And even CC has some potential

I really don't have a problem with these. I'd rather not see Cobra Commander in the set, or Duke, but they do look ok for repaints. It'd have been better to see 2 other figures that worked for "army builders" so that these sets could easily be bought in multiples.

I kind of like jetpack Duke, however, it would surprise me to see this figure and accessories repainted and carded somewhere down the road.

Ugh, I expect this to be clogging shelves. This is one 25th product I can definitely pass on.

And Raptor's spot-on...I too am sick of red Cobra figures. Now, some Red Shadows figures...different story. :-)

If they'll get that cartoon out there, I really don't think they'll have a problem selling these. By the time these come out and the cartoon is running, the current single packs won't be around so kids will take these. I doubt it's an issue with them peg warming. There are better choices that could have been made from a collectors stand point though.

Since there seem to be several people in this thread that have said they'd like the Duke, or the Cobra Commander, or the Troopers, but NOT the B.A.T., I'd just like to say that I will gladly accept any wayward B.A.T.s from this set that anyone cares to part with. I can promise them a good home. Just PM me. :-D
