Chap Mei is great for civilian figures! They produce everything fromk policemen and firemen to paramedics, construction workers and even kids.

I have a bunch of headless Chap Mei figures in my Swap Shop if you are looking for any :)

Hmm I'm looking for guys I can just use off the bat rather than customs. It seems like a lot of effort making custom civilians :P

I don't see any civs on eBay from that line :(

This was the PVC set I got at a con a few years ago- 4 normal looking "Civilian" figures and if you care to do a head swap on you can bash two of others and make a 5th guy

If you're sticking to 25th Anniv, then you might be sorta limited. To my disappointment I've fond the ball joint neck pegs between G.I. Joe, Star Wars and Indiana Jones use 3 different sizes, makign head swapping very hard. They also use difefrent body types so limb stealing may be out of the question.

I don't care, they're just random guy figures, they don't even have tobe posable :) I don't really need to head swap either.

The hardest part about making these Civs was deciding which way to go. All boil and pops, easy as you can imagine. Some heads needed Loctite to be held firm, but all in all, boil and pop.

The guy with the circle is your CORPS! Construction, if you wanted to see what they're all about.
